Over the years, I’ve developed a keen understanding of how to effectively collaborate with each client, creating strategies that align perfectly with their individual fitness and nutritional needs.

My fitness journey began with the discipline, accountability, and perseverance I cultivated playing CIS Football at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, NS, Canada. These values have been pivotal in shaping the way I work with every client, instilling a sense of dedication and commitment in our journey together.

Post-graduation, my role as a Personal Fitness Coach at Goodlife Fitness in Halifax allowed me to polish my expertise. Working with diverse clients, I’ve gained a depth of knowledge and adaptability, enabling me to meet a variety of fitness and health aspirations effectively.

My personal experience with diabetes further fuels my passion for health and fitness, transcending professional boundaries. It’s a testament to the transformative power of a healthy lifestyle, which I am committed to sharing with others.
