Dylan was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and made a decision to take control of his health instead of letting it define him. Based in Halifax, NS, with over 8 years of personal training experience and 8 certifications, he turned that experience into DTF Coaching to help others do the same. His coaching style is direct, honest, and built around real accountability. Every program he writes is rooted in real-world diabetes management and a genuine understanding of what it takes to make a lasting change
